SUMMARY
-Doing harmstring stretch is essential for relieving back pain as it’s usually tight hamstrings that affect the movement of your pelvis.
-Taking care of your muscles is crucial as muscles with a bad range of movement are prone to spinal cord arthritis and spinal cord stenosis. Apart from preventing such consequences, this exercise also ensures that your blood supply is healthy and assists the nutrients in that particular area.
-Knee stretches have the same effect on the body as the double knee to chest stretches. These ones, however, use the partial weight of the body to relax the thigh muscles while correcting the backbone and related muscles.
-Psoas stretch affects your psoas and helps relieve back pain for good in the long run.
-A spinal stretch or spinal twist stretch ensures the mobility of your spinal muscles, helping you to maintain good posture and making back pain go away.
-In addition to your quadriceps, this stretch targets your hips and back. It also increases blood circulation in that particular area.
-Downward facing dog comes straight from yoga and has multiple benefits. It releases any stress in the shoulders, neck, thighs, or back and increases the spaciousness in your torso by creating movement in the quadriceps.

Back pain during pregnancy in most cases occurs in the center of the lumbar region of the spine. But in some cases, it may be located lower and on the sides. The location of pain depends on which nerve root is affected.
Back pain during pregnancy may be relieved by rest, and is usually made worse by movement. Very often nerve root compression occurs due to prolonged sitting.
Back pain during pregnancy is usually intermittent; it comes and goes during the day, and may be accompanied by tingling, burning, numbness or muscle cramps.
Most commonly, low back pain during pregnancy only affects one side of the body. The painโs location may depend on how the fetus is positioned in the uterus.
In most cases, lower back pain in pregnancy begins to occur between the fifth and seventh month. Very rarely, lower back can begin shortly after becoming pregnant.

The fractured bone heals by different stages.
healing starts by hematoma and ends by remodeling
this Educational video describing the mechanisms and stages of fracture healing by secondary bone healing. it will explain both types of bone healing.
Primary bone healing
Cutting cone mechanism
There is no motion at the fracture site. Seen in rigid fixation of fractures such as in plate fixation. Minimal callus formation.
What is a cutting cone?
Osteoclasts at the front remove the dead bone. Osteoblasts lay down new bone at the site of the old bone. Osteoclast eat up or dissolve the bone tissue with their powerful enzyme systems. Osteoblasts lay down new bone stimulated by hormones and growth factors.
Cutting cones are formed that cross the fracture site. This is a slow process often taking months to years to complete.
Contact healing
Contact between the fracture ends allows healing to begin immediately.
Gap healing
โขLarger gaps do not heal very well.
โขCould be filled with fibrous tissue.
Secondary bone healing
Endochondral mechanism
โขSeen in flexible fixation of fractures such as fractures stabilized by rods and casts. Occurs with abundant callus.
โขUndergoes endochondral ossification.
โขChondrocytes hypertrophy and degenerates then calcify followed by vascular invasion and ossification.
Stages of fracture healing
1-Hematoma
2-Inflammation
3-Soft callus
4-Hard callus: woven bone = hard callus
5-Remodeling: remodeling is a process by which immature or woven bone is converted to mature or lamellar bone. The meduallry cavity is reconstituted and bone is reconstructed in response to stress. There is more remodeling potential in children. Video Rating: / 5

The lower back comprises the lumbar spine, which is formed by vertebral bones, intervertebral discs, nerves, muscles, ligaments, and blood vessels. The most common problem causing pain, or what some people describe as a “headache behind the eyes” is related to vision. The lens of the eye may not able to focus light correctly on the retina. When this happens, your brain compensates by tightening muscles around the eyes. After a while, these muscles become strained, triggering discomfort.
There may be a number of other causes for pain behind the eyes, which can last a few minutes, a few hours, or even a few days. To relieve the pain, you first have to identify its cause.
Here are the most common probabilities.
Chronic Headaches
Pain behind the eyes can also be part of a headache that affects a larger part of your head. There are several different categories of headaches that may be factors.
So called “cluster” headaches can be the most maddening and debilitating of all. Cluster headaches occur in cyclical patterns or cluster periods. A cluster headache can be bad enough at night to wake you up — or keep you up — with intense pain. The excruciating pain of cluster headaches often occurs behind or around one eye, but may radiate to other areas of your face, head, and neck.
Migraines are another type of headache that cause pain behind your eyes. Migraines can be so severe they cause a visual aura: you see flashes of light, zigzagging patterns, or even blind spots.
Other reasons could include the following.
Cancer
Of course, tumors near the brain are sometimes a factor.
Sinusitis
Sinusitis and other infections and conditions that affect the respiratory system can cause a headache behind the eyes.
Tension
Tension, stress, anxiety, fatigue, and lack of sleep can all contribute to pain behind your eyes.
Gravesโ Disease
Graves’ disease is an autoimmune disorder that causes hyperthyroidism, or overactive thyroid. Pain behind the eyes is a symptom.
Optic Neuritis
Optic neuritis (ON) is due to the inflammation of the optic nerve, usually caused by an infection or nerve disease.
Finally, sometimes, pain behind the eyes results from malfunctioning blood vessels in your brain. These are caused by chemical changes in brain hormones.
