How to Book Grab Car e-hailing from Malaysia Airport KLIA 2 Transportation Hub

After getting your baggage, you will go through the airport security/ customs on the way out.
You are now at the Arrival Hall at Level 2. Proceed to the lift to Level 1 (Transportation Hub). Here travellers have the options of taking the bus, renting a car or getting a ride from e-hailing services.
0:32 – For e-hailing service, head to Door 5. Open the app. There are a few services available, the most common one is Grab. Others are Air Asia Ride, inDriver, etc.

– Select ‘Car’
– Enter ‘Where To’
– Choose “Pick up Location”
– Select “Level 1 – Door 5”
– Tap “Choose This Pick-Up”
– Check you have chosen the right Pick-Up and Where-To Locations
– Pick your ride: depending on how many pax, number of luggage
– Tap “Book JustGrab”
– Wait at Door 5
– The e-hailing cars will be in a queue, look for your ride
